Team Bombshells was created from the camaraderie of finding other girl gamers in a male dominated online gaming community. We were first created in December of 2007 under the ACK logo; the ACK Bombshells. We decided to go our separate ways and just be known as the Bombshells. We are not a clan; we are teams of girls that play competitively. With the stereotype of female gamers not being able to play, we wanted to be a role model to the younger women of the gaming community and show them that gaming is not only for males; it’s for us ladies as well.
